Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our streaming platform. Each subscription is licensed for single-household usage only. Sharing subscription credentials with users outside your household is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

• Re-stream, copy, record, or distribute any stream content.
• Use automated crawlers, bots, or script runners on the platform.
• Attempt to bypass secure geo-routing protocols or server limits.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we guarantee 99.9% uptime, we cannot be held liable for temporary stream outages caused by local internet service provider limitations, user hardware incompatibility, or general global internet infrastructure failures.
